1. Trip fees are non-refundable in case of non-attendance unless there are serious circumstances half of the amount is recovered.

2. No refund amount for shortage of number of people.

3. Tourists should be ready for the trip 15 minutes before its start.

4. Tourists should be physically fit and healthy.

5. Commitment to the time.

6. Flexibility and immediate response in all situations.

7. Refer to the administrators in all cases and before starting help in any circumstances.

8. Obey orders and non-interference in administrative affairs.

9. Tourists must be responsible for their personal actions and act like adults.

10. UAE rules must be respected and followed in public.

11. We aren't responsible for acts that violate public laws during the trip of interference by government agencies (police).

12. Respect the privacy of other tourists if there’s another group.

13. Wearing sport clothes for all trips.

14. MIH and its employees aren’t responsible for loose or damage things related to the tourists.

15. Excuse others before taking photos or videos of them.

16. Commitment of time durations.

17. Each person will get coupon worth of AED 50.0 only for the meal.
